About Us

Harris Jones

Harris is a public speaker and the Director of Operations at Rehab Wallet, a hard money lender with over $600M funded.

Paul Santana

Paul is a software engineer and Residential Mortgage Lender who specializes in owner-occupied renovation loans.

Our Story

We began house hacking a few years ago by renting out a couple of spare bedrooms in our personal home. Today, we own and operate three coliving homes with 18 rooms, where we do all the marketing, leasing, and managing ourselves. We also coach in Sam Wegert's coliving mastermind (Scale Your Real Estate) and are currently acquiring commercial properties, with a focus in flex and industrial.

Our Mission

Everything we do is in honor of Paul’s mom, Regina Jorge Santana. She lost her battle with breast cancer when Paul was only four. Before she passed, she made one final wish happen: taking her youngest sons to Walt Disney World. The picture shown is the only photo Paul has with his mom.

Regina came to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic with her husband, Eli, seeking financial freedom. She found it through real estate and became a gold jacket Century 21 agent on her way to becoming a broker.

Now, we’re carrying her legacy forward through the Regina Jorge Santana Foundation, helping young entrepreneurs start their own real estate journeys through house hacking.
