About Us
Our Story
We began house hacking (coliving style) in 2024. Our first housemate, Aziz, became a close friend, and we helped him buy and run his own coliving home at just 20 years old. Today, we own and operate three coliving homes with 18 rooms, coach in Sam Wegert's coliving mastermind, and are expanding into commercial real estate.
Harris Jones
Harris is a public speaker and the Director of Operations at Rehab Wallet, a hard money lender with over $550M funded.
Paul Santana
Paul is a software engineer and Mortgage Loan Originator who specializes in owner-occupied renovation loans.
Our Mission
Everything we do is in honor of Paul’s mom, Regina Jorge Santana. She lost her battle with breast cancer when Paul was only four. Before she passed, she made one final wish happen: taking her youngest sons to Walt Disney World. The picture shown is the only photo Paul has with his mom.
Regina came to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic with her husband, Eli, seeking financial freedom. She found it through real estate and became a gold jacket Century 21 agent on her way to becoming a broker.
Now, we’re carrying her legacy forward through the Regina Jorge Santana Foundation, helping young entrepreneurs start their own real estate journeys through house hacking.
